Voiceovers:
Lisa Jasak loves to make noises. As soon as she could speak, she was shocking audiences with unexpected vocalizations. She hopes her portrayals of frog swallowing princesses and throat singing deer prepared her well for the pursuit of a life of voiceovers. She is grateful that her newlywed husband encourages her and loves her despite an extensive trophy collection of hand puppets and a room stacked to the ceiling with her oil paintings. After her death in VCRP's "War of the Worlds" (has the value of the paintings increased?) and reincarnation as the voice of the Dinosaurs of Skull Island, she had the chance to live out her childhood dream as ace fighter pilot and spy-buster, Molly McCoy. She even wrote the Molly McCoy theme song! Now as Susan Walker in "Moneygo on 34th Street," she will relive childhood altogether.
Painting:
Lisa Jasak is a painter who captures the essence of a moment, whether it is a dreamlike view of the future depicted in a path or the smug expression of lizardly pride in an animal portrait. Her use of color brings layers of mood to a painting. Her landscapes give the viewer a glimpse of a feeling similar to the experience of déjà vu. Each piece tells its own story.
